Btw, re your old Testicles post, there are a few local restaurants that serve them. Boston Burger Co. in Davis Square regularly serves Rocky Mountain oysters ("C'mon in and have a ball!"), while the Pepper Pot, a Jamaican joint in Roxbury serves cow-cod soup, made from the bull's genitals and traditionally eaten at wedding parties. The latter, however, is off-menu and has to be ordered in advance. And I've heard there's a bar in Shirley that serves bull fries, although that hasn't been verified. At any rate, this particular delicacy does seem to be working its way off the ranch and onto mainstream menus, even in the East.
